7.1 Third-Party Service Providers

kingph shares personal data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform and delivering its services. All such providers are contractually bound to process personal data only on kingph's instructions, to maintain appropriate security measures, and to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. Categories of third-party recipients include:

• Payment processing partners (GCash, PayMaya, banking partners);
• KYC and identity verification service providers;
• Anti-money laundering and fraud screening services;
• Cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers;
• Customer support platform providers;

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Disclosure

• Account and identity data — Retained for the duration of the Account's active period plus a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• KYC verification documents — Retained for the duration of the Account plus a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure;
• Customer support records — Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Technical and usage data — Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months from collection, except where retention is required for security investigations;
• Marketing communication preferences — Retained until you withdraw consent or close your Account.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely destroyed, deleted, or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

🔞 12. Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

The kingph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. kingph does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data relating to individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process prior to the activation of real-money features. If kingph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately delete such data, suspend the associated Account, and return any funds held to the payment method used for deposit, in accordance with its Terms & Conditions.
