📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the kingph platform (available at kingph.cam and any associated mobile applications), you ("the Player," "User," or "Account Holder") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the kingph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the kingph platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the kingph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kingph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Players will be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, or passport — prior to processing their first withdrawal request. kingph may request additional documentation at any time at its sole discretion.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kingph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify kingph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. kingph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep the information associated with your Account accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. kingph will make reasonable attempts to notify the Account Holder at their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant Account will be held in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

💸 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

kingph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. kingph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits to the kingph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are processed within standard banking hours. kingph charges no fees on any deposit transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours. kingph charges no withdrawal processing fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC identity verification;
• The Player must have wagered their deposit amount at least once prior to withdrawal (this requirement is separate from any Bonus wagering requirement);
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used by the Player for deposit to the kingph platform, unless otherwise approved by the kingph finance team;
• kingph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

🎁 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers made available by kingph are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be staked using eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kingph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it determines at its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed to exploit wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated except at the sole discretion of kingph's management team.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the kingph platform — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by kingph's game providers are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform operator, and no game result can be predicted in advance.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is published in the respective game information panel within the kingph platform. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Short-term results may deviate significantly from theoretical RTP figures due to the inherent variance of random number generation.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, telecommunications failure, or other technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, kingph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager placed therein to the Player's Account. kingph shall not be liable for losses attributed to technical malfunctions beyond what is expressly set out in this section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kingph platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the kingph platform;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or inaccurate identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to achieve a competitive or financial advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or to place wagers;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions in a manner not intended by the platform;
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or to use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deception with respect to game play or financial transactions;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kingph staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the kingph platform — including but not limited to the kingph name, logo, brand identity, game graphics and audio, software, user interface design, written content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kingph or its licensed game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player or visitor any right, title, or interest in or to any kingph intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kingph platform without the prior written consent of kingph. Unauthorized use of kingph's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of Philippine copyright, trademark, and related laws.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingph, its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the kingph platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform;
• Loss of data, Account balances, or Bonus credits due to technical failures or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any delay in processing withdrawal requests due to circumstances beyond kingph's reasonable control;
• Inaccuracies in game RTP figures or promotional material that do not materially affect the Player's overall gaming experience.

Nothing in this section shall limit kingph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

🚫 14. Termination & Account Closure

A Player may close their kingph Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the Account will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

kingph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kingph determines in its sole discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has abused any promotional offer;
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory investigation, or self-exclusion order;
• It is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity, security, or reputation of the kingph platform.

⚖️ 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
